Hi! I saw you use peanut flour. Where on earth do you find it over here? I’ve looked all over, including Whole Foods…

You can’t get it here I’m afraid
I got some when I was in the States last year.

Aw…
Nevermind! Is it good?

I’m afraid it is!! It doesn’t taste quite like peanut butter, but it has loads of protein which I LOVE and is very versatile. You can get it online on Netrition, but the p+p may cost you half an arm :/

Hi! I just came across your blog and your recipes look delicious!! Quick question…I’m going over to the UK soon what are some good health food stores?

Hmmm….if you’re in London, Kensington Whole Foods! Other than that, Holland & Barrett is the main one, though I don’t like it much. London also has Planet Organic (they have a website too), but otherwise your best bet is just to google local health food stores wherever you’re staying
Have a great time here!
